  • How to book an appointment?

    To enquire about an appointment , please get in touch via Instagram or WhatsApp. Let me know which service your interested in along with your preferred dates.

    Do I need to pay a deposit?

    Yes, a deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received. All deposits are non re fundable except where I am unable to carry out your service.

    What are your working hours?

    I work by appointments only, with my availability varying through out the week. Please get in touch to enquire about suitable dates and times.

    Do you accept new clients?

    Yes, new clients are always welcome! Please send over a current picture of your hair, your inspiration pictures and a little information about your hair history when enquiring.

  • Can i re schedule my appointment?

    You are welcome to re schedule your appointment once provided you give atleast 72 hours notice. Changes within 72 hours of your appointment will require a new booking and a new deposit.

    What happends if i do not attend my appointment?

    If you are unable to attend your appointment and do not provide prior notice this may result in being unable to book future appointments with me.

    What happens if I miss my consultation?

    If you do not attend your consultation without giving prior notice, your colour appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

  • Do I need a consultation and patch test?

    Yes, all colour services require both a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment. This allows me to assess your hair and ensure your service can be carried out safely.

    What if I can’t come into the salon for my patch test?

    Patch test kits are available at an additional cost. The kit fee is non-refundable, covers the product and postage, and is separate from your appointment deposit.

    Do I need to bring anything if I use a patch test kit?

    Yes, you must bring your signed declaration form to your appointment. Without this, your colour appointment will not go ahead.

    Do I need to tell you about my previous hair colour?

    Absolutely. Please let me know about any previous colour, box dye, bleach, extensions or chemical treatments.

    Your full hair history helps me assess your hair and recommend the most suitable service.

    Can I bring inspiration pictures?

    Of course! Inspiration pictures are always welcome. They help me understand the colour and overall result you’re hoping to achieve.


  • Where are you based?

    Appointments take place in a salon in Highmes Park , East London, with free parking available. Full appointment details will be shared once your booking is confirmed.

    What should I send before booking a colour appointment?

    Please send over a current picture of your hair, your desired inspiration pictures and details of your previous hair history. This helps me understand your starting point and advise on the most suitable service.
